Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Promptivo, a service operated by AiDept Solutions, LLC. By using Promptivo, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

1. What Promptivo does

Promptivo helps you write structured prompts for third-party AI tools. It generates prompt text — it does not run that text on any AI model on your behalf. What you do with a generated prompt, and the output any AI tool produces from it, is your responsibility.

2. Accounts & plans

Anonymous use is limited to 2 prompt builds per day. Subscribing with your name and email raises this to 5 per day. Paid plans (when available) provide a higher monthly allowance as described on our pricing page. Limits and prices may change; we’ll post the current terms on that page.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to create unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• Attempt to bypass usage limits, probe, or disrupt the service.
• Resell or redistribute the service itself without our permission.

4. Your content

You retain all rights to the inputs you provide and the prompts you generate. We claim no ownership over them. See our Privacy Policy for how inputs are processed.

5. Service “as is”

Promptivo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee that a generated prompt will produce any particular result from a third-party AI tool. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AiDept Solutions, LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

6. Changes & termination

We may update these Terms or the service over time. We may suspend access that violates these Terms. You can stop using Promptivo at any time and request deletion of your subscriber record.
